Forging Rolls

We are capable of producing forging rolls weighing up to 4 MT with diameters ranging from 160 mm to 600 mm. The different type of rolls that are casted depending upon their particular application needs.

3	Indefinite Chill Roll In intermediate stand to finish	Applications: Stands of heavy and medium section mills for manufacturing angles, channels flats, squares, window section rounds. Advantages: The high hardness gives bright finish and polished surface
4	High Alloyed Rolls in different finishes	Applications: Stand for thin flats (Patra) Cold Mills Coiling etc.
5	Hollow Chilled Rolls	Applications: For Rubber Mixing Mills, Flour Mills, Soap, Ink, Paints & Confectionery Mill etc.
6	M.S. Shaft fitted	Applications: For special quality of sections like Angles, Channels, girders etc. For Paper, Straw Board & Card Board Mills etc.
